2019 FAQ

Where do we park?

Please plan on parking at Chateau Ste Michelle Winery in the designated Experience Corporate Woodinville parking area. Parking opens at 10:30am. Parking attendants will direct the way to the rear of Chateau Ste Michelle. 

 What time does registration open?

You are welcome to check-in at registration anytime. We do suggest allowing the full-time period to tour each venue however you are welcome to check-in at anytime. Registration opens at 10:30am and will close at 1:30pm. 

 Will tickets be sold at the door?

Tickets can be purchased on the day of for $35 however we highly suggest purchasing your ticket ahead of time by clicking here. Tickets pre event are $30.

 How will we get to each venue? 

Top of the line transportation will shuttle guests from venue to venue in safety and style. 

How Can We Network More & Give Back?

In response to attendee feedback from last year's event we have added a Post Event Networking Party following Experience Corporate Woodinville from 4-6pm at Columbia Winery. Event attendees and vendors are welcome to attend. Tickets are $10 with 100% of the proceeds going to our charity partner, the Search Foundation.

Transportation will be provided from each venue at the end of Experience Corporate Woodinville to the Post Event Networking Party at Columbia Winery in addition to transportation back to your vehicles parked at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery.

Day Of Helpful Tips:

  • Registration is the official start and end point of the tour. Look for the white tent at Chateau Ste. Michelle (14111 NE 145th St, Woodinville, WA 98072) where plenty of complimentary parking is available. Registration is open from 10:30AM to 1:30PM. 

  • Check-In and collect your name badge lanyard & Experience Corporate Woodinville tote bag. Experience Corporate Woodinville name badges and valid ID are required to participate in the complimentary wine & beverage tasting offered at each location.  

  • The tour officially starts at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery and Shuttles will be outside the Manor House to take you to the other venues to continue the tour. 

  • Vehicles will loop continuously in a predetermined order and will not deviate from the route to make special requested stops other than returning guests to registration by request. The tour ends promptly at 4pm so leave enough time to visit every venue. We recommend 30 minutes per location. Please make sure you board the same vehicle as the rest of your group as vehicles departing from registration will head to different locations for their first stop.   

  • If you need to depart the tour prior to 4pm, please budget time for getting back to your vehicle as the shuttle driver may have to stop at the next venue on their route prior to taking you back to Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery.  

  • After 4pm the shuttles will first drop our Post Event Networking attendees off at Columbia Winery (were tickets can be purchased at the door) and then will return to the Chateau. 

  •  Joining the Post Event Networking Party at Columbia Winery from 4-6pm? You may choose to repark your car after 4pm from Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery to Columbia Winery or continue to utilize Butler Transportations shuttles. If you have not purchased your $10 ticket but wish to attend, tickets will be sold at the door. All ticket sales are donated to The Search Foundation.
